Here at IEP, we are all about innovation, efficiency, and productivity. We’re always looking out for techniques to keep our team and partners working smarter, not harder. As you reflect on your Fall Semester and gear up for Spring, read on to learn some of our favorite new tips:
- Turn off push notifications and use airplane mode/do not disturb to keep yourself focused on the present task. Less interruptions = getting through task more quickly and accurately.
- “University of Minnesota Professor Theresa Glomb is trying to help others create positive experiences at work through growth, happiness, and satisfaction.” Part of her advice – write down 2-3 WWW&Ws (What Went Well and Why), a way to wind down the day positively.
- Curate a playlist or use white noise to make your workspace the best environment for you to work in.
- Setting new years resolutions? Think about how improving your personal life will positively impact your work as well!
Here’s to a healthy, happy, and efficient 2018!
