Meet Ginny: Just a small town girl, Ginny grew up in rural Nebraska and has always been a people person.  After falling in love with education abroad, Ginny joined IEP in 2006 upon graduating from Augustana University.  In her current role, she focuses on managing IEP consultants, client communication and supporting consultant projects. Building strong relationships with colleagues and clients and empowering them to achieve their goals totally floats her boat.  Outside of work she enjoys family time, reading, and being the official taste tester of her husband’s fine cuisine.

Danielle Barr

Project Consultant

Areas of Expertise: CRM Implementation; Project Management

Meet Danielle: Danielle joined the IEP team in March of 2018. Growing up as a military dependent, Danielle lived all over the world and just so happened to pick up several languages, as you do. Challenging herself with a language like Arabic seemed like a no-brainer, and led her to study in Morocco and Egypt, before wrapping up her studies at the University of Alabama.  Danielle supports IEP consultant projects focusing on CRM management and implementation. She also relies heavily on her experience and skills from her days at St. Mary’s College of Maryland where she previously served as the Director of the Office of International Education. In her free time, she loves to watch Alabama football (Roll Tide!), write, run and hang out with her husband and kiddos.

Meet Nicole: Nicole came to team IEP in 2015 from Nebraska.  (Yes, people actually live there!)
